The mission of Health Support Initiative (HSI) is to provide quality health services and facilities to underserved rural communities in Africa, to promote wellness, to relieve suffering, and to restore health as swiftly, safely, and humanely as it can be done consistent with the best service we can give for all concerned.
In Health Support Initiative, we recognize the value of every person and are guided by our commitment to excellence and leadership.
The commitment of our volunteer staff, physicians, community partners and friends to our mission permits us to maintain a quality of presence and tradition of caring, which are the hallmarks of HSI.

The Health Support Initiative (HSI) is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (C.A.C.) under part ‘C’ of Incorporated Trustees of the Companies and Allied Matters Decree as a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO).
